There are several types of phobias depending on what it is you are afraid of. Common ones are Aerophobia: fear of flying. Hemophobia: fear of blood. Hydrophobia: fear of water. Murophobia: fear of Mice and Rats. Acrophobia: Fear of heights and so on..
We live in a fast pace age where technology is involved in virtually all areas of our lives. Therefore it is a common thing nowadays to have technology-related phobias among all age groups.
Technophobia is the fear of technology, Nomophobia is the fear of being without a mobile phone, Cyberphobia is the fear of computers.
Causes of most phobias are actually unknown, scientists believe it is due to some genetic effects. But don’t panic if you have any type of phobia. It is not abnormal and it is treatable.
