Monday is a state of mind. Most people get too serious minded on Mondays, which usually results in nervousness, disappointment and sometimes depression if they’re unable to achieve their goals/targets.
Why don’t we just ignore the myth (Monday determines the rest of your week) and slow down a bit? Instead of rushing through Monday like we always do. Take everything one step at a time and see how amazingly things work out when we take it easy on ourselves.
